<bug> WinError 10061 even when browser is closed (Brave, Chrome & Edge)

Describe the bug
I cannot start the program, because it gives me a WinError 10061

To Reproduce

• Unzip the package
• Run "Youtube Music Rich Presence.exe" as an administrator

Expected behavior

• Start rich presence

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10 Home
• 22H2 (64bit)

Hello,
Have you checked that the browser is completely closed? For example, in the case of Edge, there are background processes that remain. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with. Thanks for report it.

The task has been completely closed through task manager.
