Add graphic region for OCR - feature location unclear

In the Help documentation, it is stated that "New graphic areas can be defined by selecting the Add graphic region entry of the context menu of the respective page item and drawing a rectangle on the canvas." The exact location of the feature "Add graphic region" is unclear, based on the visual information available in the GUI, from inspection of various elements and their mouse hover text.

Please specify exact location of feature as well as under which conditions it becomes available (ex. when document is loaded, after OCR has been applied to a document, if any specific panes should be visible etc.)

Including visual information (screenshots, gifs, walk-throughs) in the Help documentation, outlining basic functions would be extremely helpful. I would be happy to provide the images/animations, I would need some guidance as to which would be helpful, other than the ones I have used so far.
