Certain apps show wrong updates

• QQ.app is on latest version (https://im.qq.com/macqq/index.shtml)
• DingTalk was on 7.6.35, then I manually update it to 7.6.38 from its website (https://www.dingtalk.com/en), then Latest shows I use an old version

Similar, for the past few weeks Latest has been incorrectly reporting an update for Transmission while referring to a beta version.

This seems to be incorrect, too.

Same goes for Visual Studio Code-insiders, It reports an update that is actually for the production version.
