Not getting information

Hello everyone, I´m having a possible issue with the library, cause I would like to know why I´m not getting values of return in the serial port , In the past I was able to get the information, but now I´m not getting any data. Im adding an image with the data Im obtaining , can @maland16 get your support pls friend, cause as I mentioned it was working correctly but now it is not, I´ve checked the connections with the BMS and the microcontroller but it was not succesfully.
