[bug]: Initiative don't appear on sidebar for Members

Current behavior

Initiatives don't organically appear for some members on the sidebar. They only appear to members once they have clicked into an Initiative, then they can access the tab on the sidebar and pin it for future access.

Steps to reproduce

1. As a Member, clicks sidebar "..." under "Projects", and observe that "Initiative" does not appear in the list
2. Click into an Initiative via a link
3. With the Initiative open, navigate to the same "..." in the sidebar, and observe that "Initiative" now appears in the list

Thanks for the report! We were unable to reproduce this on our end. Could you share a screen recording of the steps so we can investigate further?
