Remove wording of "most popular minor version"

Minor - The second number in the version. 7 is the most popular minor version of Python.

Presumably this was made when either python 2.7 or python 3.7 was the latest.
To keep the document not tied to a specific publishing timeframe, I suggest something like "the 7 in python 2.7 is the minor version".
