visual bug when renaming in ida

Here the aaaa and kkkk functions are the same function. The steps to repro are:

1. have a function with name x
2. start the decomp2dbg server
3. rename x to y
4. close ida and save
5. reopen ida
6. now the function is named y on the left, and x in the decompilation view

Happens quite consistently for me, without even connecting to the server.
