hide_from_product_page not updating in product update through csv importer

Steps to reproduce

if you update already created product through csv importer. and if product image is hidden or visiblie. you want to change it during update product. it is not possible

Expected result

products image visiblity should update through csv importer

Verified this issue on 2.4-develop.
We are able hide the image, but unable to make the image visible again through update via import.
