In my magento 2.4.2 version I can not see the Cancel Shipment option in my shipments

Preconditions (*)

1. I am usng magento 2.4.2 version
2. I am using magento-cloud started plan

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. As defined in Magento Documentation (https://docs.magento.com/user-guide/sales/shipment-cancel.html) the shipment cancel option should be visible at below Steps:
   (1) On the Admin sidebar, go to Sales > Orders.
   Find the order in the grid.
   (2) In the Action column, choose View.
   (3) In the left panel, choose Shipments.
   (4) If the shipment can be canceled, Cancel Shipment appears as an option in the top button bar.
   Click Cancel Shipment.
   (5) Click Cancel Shipment.
   But In my case I can not see any shipment cancel button option in my order
2. I have attached screenshots of my shipment of one of my orders.

Expected result (*)

1. It shoud show cancel options as Defined in document but in my magento 2.4.2 version I haven't

@sw-tt-jigneshvagh before opening issue you can search maybe someone already reported this issue. but it looks like copy paste
