Summon: Ixion is not exiling card chosen

When casting [[Summon: Ixion]], I can chose targets but they do not get exiled.

22:07, T1.M1: Human puts Summon: Ixion [1b8] from stack onto the Battlefield
22:07, T1.M1: Human - Ability triggers: Summon: Ixion [1b8] - I - Aerospark — Exile target creature an opponent controls until Summon: Ixion [1b8] leaves the battlefield. - targeting Grizzly Bears [f35]

When I remove the lore counter from Ixion (e.g. with Garnet) in the next turn the exile works as expected.

Similar issue with [[The War Games]]. As the first chapter is executed before the saga is on the battlefield, the tokens don't get goaded.
