Delney, Streetwise Lookout

Delney, Streetwise Lookout seems to not correctly trigger with some valid creatures. I did some testing and here is what I found.

• In img bug2-1 I cast Arcbound Ravager triggering Teshar. Delney correctly copied this ability returning Market Gnome who was the only valid target. (pass)
• In img bug2-2 I activated Oswald Fiddlebender sacrificing Market Gnome which being a 0/3 should have its draw trigger copied by Delney. However as we can see in the screen shot the ability was not copied onto the stack. (fail)

As for understanding why this occurs I believe this issue stems from either the "source" object that caused Market Gnome to be sacrificed being above the 2 power limit of Delney or that since it was sacrificed using an activated ability Delney is ignoring a perfectly valid trigger. I can test more situations this occurs if needed just let me know. Thanks for all your hard work on this project 👍
