flash_freeze and running the individual scripts #2

Hello,
I have found main.rmd and ran some of the blocks however when running flash_freeze() for each of the scripts it says I get errors when running that code. For the first one, draft_data_assemble, the first error I get is that the get_sample_groups function does not exist. I tried searching if that function is from a package and I did not find anything. I did not find that function defined in main.rmd so how do you use get_sample-groups? I also do not understand how the code is opening the metadata.csv file, which is where I assume all the data is stored. It does not seem any of the scripts are using it. Also, could you list all of the packages used in every script, it seems more packages are used than just the ones mentioned in README.
