Update Windows client bindings to support Windows 10

The Windows client bindings at http://git.trinitydesktop.org/cgit/windows-ldap-integration/ only support up through Windows 8. Update and test for Windows 10 to allow migration away from a Microsoft AD setup to a Linux-based realm controller.
