"Service didn't respond" error

I managed to grab the IP address of my Quest, but when I try to validate it, I get an error saying "Found Quest, however the service didn't respond."

This means a typical firewall issue. Try allowing java.exe as an exception through the firewall (or try temporarily disabling firewall on your computer during setup. Make sure to turn it on afterwards if it worked and you added java as an exception)
