Data updates

• As a user I want the list of users in the room to be updated in "real time", as well as their vote status.
• As a user I want the ticket title to update in "real time" whenever another user or myself changes it.

Blocked By

Data Fetching - it will require that mechanism to be in place in order to utilize it.
Initial Room UI - this is what will be updated, so it needs to exist already.
