Ticket updating UI #6
Description
As a user I want to be able to change the ticket being discussed in the room.
Any user should be able to change the ticket.
I will know this feature is complete when I can...
enter a new ticket title and see it updated in the UI when I've pressed a button.
Does not require implementing for other users automatically. For this task it is sufficient to update for the user that submitted the change and on refresh for other users.

Initial Room UI - this is what will update, so it needs to be in place first.
