Axis limits should be checked and we should verify that they will not be exceeded when picking up a tool (machine.py, pickup_tool). Especially an issue for pipette.

The M208 command in the default config.g file should set the max travel limits, which will be adjusted for a tools x/y/z offsets. Which axes have you noticed are exceeded when picking up a tool?
