Branch Mentor

Role

The Branch Mentor is intended to fill any missing gaps in knowledge between transitioning teams. The original position was intended to help guide Chairs will little to no experience as a Chair in their duties. The only people that should be considered for this position are past Chairs of the Branch.

Responsibilities

• Help the Branch executives understand the decision process that goes on within the Branch
• Run through different approaches and options to problems with executives
• Provide suggestions to the executive team on how to improve leadership abilities

Notes

1. It is advised that this position be by nomination only as this position will not always be required.
2. Responsibilities will be flexible in this position. Although officially an executive, duties will depend on the needs of the executive team,
