Integration test for simple restart execution

Implement an integration test that computes a restart state from some hosted ssh.npy, toce.npy and soce.npy data.

Could run the evaluation pipeline afterwards.

Requirements:

- checks on coordinates
- checks on actual values of restart output (confirm within satisfactory precision)
- part of CI
- pytest dependency
