[FL Studio]: LV2 Detected but fails to load

Description:
FL Studio picks up the LV2 folder but fails to load it regardless the fact that it set it to the track or slot.
Also, why not provide only a DLL file for windows straight up? why does it have to be a folder of files? package everything up into one file and thats it - no need for a folder
