Mention requirement for credit or debit card

It would be nice if the readme would have a clear statement that ngrok requires adding a credit or debit card even to free accounts for this action to be able to work.

Weird choice on ngrok's side honestly..

This was not the case when I created this repository a couple of years ago. I'll have a look in the weekend and update the readme accordingly. Thanks for letting me know!

Yeah, they probably had problems with abusers and with that, they can at least reduce the abuse probably by verifying individuals through the registered card. 🤷‍♂️
