Feature request: update a user e-mail address

Currently, it isn't possible to change an email address for my organization's luarocks.org account on https://luarocks.org/.

I hope to change an email address for my organization's luarocks.org account on https://luarocks.org/.
The reason is that a person in charge has changed.

So, I would be grateful if you could add a feature that updates e-mail address on https://luarocks.org/.
