probably never gonna work, bc codespace ips are banned by bilibili that it cant get any playUrls; id imagine ghactions are the same
stick with oracle for now

i dont think the actual media fetch requests are blocked yet; just the resolve API part. so one solution is to use someone's hosted resolve api and download that way. which im losing interest, since i got an oracle arm a1.
