NuGet package 1.0.6 doesnt match source

The package that is available on NuGet as release 1.0.6 doesn't obviously match the source code in the repo. It certainly lacks the fix for the memory leak where Dispose isn't being called and depends on Concentus 2.2.1, despite the code saying 2.2.2. There aren't any tags on the repo, so its difficult to tell what has been released from what.

At a minimum, I suggest a new release of the latest code is needed. Some cleanup and tagging would be useful as well.
