FEATURE: Give the UI a more professional look so it aligns more tightly with the Visual Studio look and feel #85

This issue is merely a placeholder. There is a suggestion to move to a more modern UI/UX for this extension, so that it can align more closely with the look and feel of the rest of the Visual Studio IDE.
For example, the Create New Project dialog box, shown in Figure 1, is displayed when the user clicks the File menu, points to New, and then chooses the Project/Solution menu command.
The existing Export Extensions dialog box is more old-fashioned, as shown by Figure 2. It would be a 'nice to have' to make this dialog conform more to the look and feel of the window in Figure 1.
As a contributor on this project, I am filing this issue more as a way of making a mental note to myself to work on this when I have some time.
