Update Docusaurus configuration and dependencies (#110)

* Update Docusaurus configuration and dependencies

- Migrate `onBrokenMarkdownLinks` setting from the main config to the markdown hooks in `docusaurus.config.js` for improved link handling.
- Upgrade Docusaurus packages in `package.json` and `package-lock.json` from version 3.7.0 to 3.9.2 to ensure compatibility with the latest features and fixes.
