Showcase orchestrator voting activity in the UI

Description:
To give stakeholders better insight into Livepeer governance, we should highlight how orchestrators vote.

Specifically:

• Each vote should appear on the orchestrator’s history page.
• Their historic voting behavior should also be visible on their main profile page.
• Each governance proposal should display the current votes per proposal.

For this to work, we first need to merge [subgraph PR #161](livepeer/subgraph#161).

This improvement will make governance participation more transparent and help stakeholders assess orchestrators’ engagement over time.
