Add an option to attach to the node (if in attached mode) when deploying

What?

Deploying functionality in livebook is amazing, it would be awesome to be able to attach to the same node the parent livebook instance is attached to for each new deployed instance. Right now, I need to reconnect newly created instances to the node manually.

How?

We could add another check Attach newly created instances with a tooltip saying something like: When enabled, every deploy instance will be automatically connected to the node this instance is attached to.

Who?

If you find this functionality useful and there wasn't a reason we haven't done this before, I can prepare a PR myself.

Why not have the connecting logic inside the notebook itself, so it is not depending on the instance doing the deployment and therefore is more reproducible?
