Presentation Mode for Code Zen

It would be great if the Code Zen mode allowed us to keep Section headings. I could use this for presentations.

Code Zen is specifically for focusing on code and it removes all the spacing, so I don't think it would look good with section titles in between. Also, Markdown cells can be useful for presentations, to include images or links, so it's probably better to tailor notebook content for presentation.

At some point we could have a separate presentation mode, but I'm not sure if there are significant changes to the layout that would make sense.
