[UI] Redemption slider indicators don't refresh when changing collateral #761

To reproduce

Enter https://liquity.app/stake
Initial interest rate slider for ETH
change collateral to another one. the redemption indicators, and the "before you" value, both stay the same
refresh the page. the new collateral is now pre-selected, and the interest indicators change
