[feature] Having settings to adjust what you can view when app the starts up

I like how this app can show your favourites in a GUI.

Currently when you open the app it shows "Document Viewer" by default. To view my starred/favorite files I then have to select to indicate if it's a LibreOffice Writer, Calc, etc file. It seems inefficient because you have to add multiple clicks to view your fileds (write, PDF, etc). Would it be possible to add a settings panel where you can:

1. Change the default starting position, say
2. Have an option to view all favourited items; even have them in descending order from most recent opened.
