nemo : no more files preview on smartphone DCIM storage

It's the most annoying bug I've got in Linux Mint, I waste time with that. I will do a donation again when it will be solved :o)

If your device is not providing thumbnails, there won't be thumbnails. This is explained in the commit that closed that bug. The reason gvfs marks these devices as 'never thumbnail' is sound imo.

In Ubuntu, completion (TAB TAB) works with mtp:// path, but it doesn't work under Linux Mint.

So, that shows that device provides a thumbnail Nemo can use (preview::icon) - are you sure thumbnails were turned on for that folder?

In nemo menus, after plugin my smartphone, Show Thumbnails is checked for my smartphone folder, for Espace de stockage partagé folder, but not for DCIM folder and not for Camera folder :

Even if I manually check Show Thumbnails for DCIM and Camera folders, there are no preview thumbnails.

Try deleting thumbs - rm -rf ~/.cache/thumbnails

Y deleted thumbs with rm -rf ~/.cache/thumbnails but I've still have the same problem. I tested with 2 different smartphones, on two different computers with Linux Mint.
