Bug description

I drag the icon I want to move with the cursor, but when I drop it in an empty spot at the desktop, it almost never ends up in the desired position. Instead, it lands somewhere below it and sometimes even covers existing icons. This happens more often with icons that have a long name.

Steps to reproduce

Create several files that are scattered on your desktop (not well-ordered). Then drag one of them, whose name is long (7, 8 or even more lines) and drop it at an empty position between two files in the same column (it's obviously: file - empty - file, vertically).

Expected behavior

The file you dragged will most likely not end up in the desired position, but somewhere lower instead.
