X crashed after removing default keyboard layout(for me Korean 101/104).

• Removing Korean 101/104 keyboard
• logout & login

X crashed and Nothing can be seen in display.
I tried several times and it happened as it is.
TTY mode worked fine.

I reckon that it should be unremovable at least one keyboard layout as before.

My idea is adding tab for Input Method.
It means separating the Layout with Input Methods to be able to lock the 'remove' button as before.
Tab for 'Typing/Shorcut/Layout/IM'.

You can't remove the last layout in Cinnamon's settings... but Cinnamon seems to have an issue with only having an ibus-based layout defined.
