missing UI-elements #18

(I am not sure if this is the right place to post this issue. Please direct me to the right place if the following is wrong here:)
Issue: Since Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon the scanner app is missing some of its GUI-elements.
In two of the three possible scanning modes a general warning icon appears instead of the scanning button:
How to reproduce: Start Scanner App. Choose any other mode than "Scan from flatbed"
-> general warning icon appears instead of scanning button
Same happens to the "crop"-icon, if you scanned something:
Other users do report both of this happening with theme Mint-X, too.
So maybe it is not a 'theme'-issue?
