not respecting `gtk-application-prefer-dark-theme`

It causes issues with Firefox as it can't find the dark theme when color-scheme is set to prefer-dark but the GTK theme was not yet updated.
Fix would be to link the two themes via gtk-application-prefer-dark-theme
