We may also completely ignore this and leave commandline utitlies to other packages? But if we do so, we'd read in from some csv file and output a draft profile and also a list of lexemes, where everything fails.

Considering that the segments package has commands for profile creation and segmentation, it be useful (and actually expected due to the similar functionality provided here) to implement corresponding subcommands here.
