Can we stop protecting empty lines in YAML files? #2837
Description
We have some code to protect empty lines for roundtripping in YAML files.
We should check if goccy/go-yaml#412 has made that redundant, and remove the workaround, if possible.
The new fix will be available once #2835 is merged.
