Outbound Firewall rules

I recently installed Trek and really enjoy it, however it will host a lot of personal data therefore I would like to lock it down a bit further. Do we have an overview of what remote hosts/networks are expected to be talked to by the backend?

I know plugins have a nice overview about what hosts they contact, but I haven't seen this for the main app.

I also noticed the frontend is quite generously talking to all sorts of third-parties. But this will be a topic for another time.

If there is no overview about this yet, I'll try build one, and would welcome others to join in.
