Improve readability of API docs endpoint titles #93
Description
After we moved to using the swagger.json file directly #86, the titles of the endpoints became harder to discover because they're now using the TSOA operation IDs directly
We should find a way to improve the titles while keeping the ease of maintenance that came with having the API docs pointing directly to the Github url of swagger.json
