CI is failing because the 2.12.next version being tested doesn't have a release for the scalafix-testkit version we use #205

moving to a newer testkit version might be easy or might be a can of worms, but let's try it and find out
if it's a can of worms, we can open an issue on that and then remove the "2.12.next" part of CI, since this repo is only getting very light maintenance these days
