[Feature Request] Run Namco System 11/12 Arcade

It's a dream... but system 11/12 is very close to PSX. Run arcade games using this core is a dream.....

It isn't just Namco System 11/12. Many other manufacturers used the PS1 as a foundation for their arcade machines. https://www.system16.com/base.php#1

With that being said It would be a cool feature for sure. Similar to Reicast doing NAOMI and Yabause doing STV but with a lot more available games to play. It could potentially open up the possibility of these games being playable on ARM platforms.

the problem is trying to make the BIOSes work on PCSX, and it's that tough to integrate MAME functionality on a console emulator.
