Like the title, what is the standard parameter of scoring?
Many parameters of go-libp2p-pubsub have standard tuned parameters. On the other hand, as far as I know, the parameters related to scoring seem to have less discussion about the appropriate standard value.
Was there a discussion or standard about the scoring I missed? If not, was there a reason why the discussion about the standard wasn't done in scoring?
