Open dialog does not work on M1

Dear GDX Particle Editor team, the open dialog does not work on Apple M1, I'm currently using GDX Particle Editor v1.0.9.

Can you describe what happens when you try to use it? Does the program crash? Does the dialog show up? Does it not load the file? Thank you for your help.

The app does not crash but when I click on some of the buttons nothing happens.

This following log occurs when I click on open, save, save as, merge button:

18:231: execution error: Can’t make "/private/var/folders/rk/n17k8sb52nqcwchrsww0yh1c0000gn/T/MicrosoftEdgeDownloads/cd94c1ee-1b22-4851-acec-5d53c3ed2943" into type alias. (-1700)

The Template button works normal.

Pretty sure that's due to how mac handles native file dialogs. Maybe we need some permissions?

Any advice on this one will be appreciated because I can't reproduce the issue. Maybe it has to do with where they're trying to open the file.
