Sakura currently has some types in Core, this is incorrect, but is relatively low priority for the 2.4.0 release, so it needs to be in by 2.5.0 at the latest.
Remove io namespace, Athena has a clear purpose and goal, and io is entirely redundant.
Finish FileInfo and Dir APIs, and put them to use.
