How to know if Other possible strain is highly supported?

Hello! I've been using VirStrain to investigate SARS-CoV-2 . May I kindly ask what you mean about "10 mutation number can be a strong evidence for other possible strains". Where can I see the mutation number? Is it the Valid Map Rate? Thank you so much for taking time to answer.

Yes, the Valid Map Rate reflects the covered sites. For example, 3/1100 of Valid Map Rate means there are three different sites covered compared to the most possible strain.
