Allow importing statements to accounts with active bank connections #91
Description
Allow importing statements to accounts that have active bank connections (Monobank, EnableBanking).
Use case: Fill gaps in bank sync history, or import older statements.
Implementation details
- Currently, import is designed for manual accounts without bank sync
- Requires enhanced duplicate detection against bank-synced transactions
- Should warn user about potential conflicts with automatic sync
