There was a XID on my machine as following:

XID 79(GPU has fallen off the bus) detected on PCI:0000:ae:00

Then I noticed that there is error message stored in Reason field of component.State, we should improve the reason.

failed to get remapped rows for GPU-ac896b35-5782-c478-4b2a-a661de07770f: failed to get device remapped rows: ERROR_GPU_IS_LOST
