SUMMARY
Noi cannot be started again after quitting GUI

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
(1) Install noi via apt-get on debian sid type linux distribution /w KDE desktop environment.
(2) Run noi via KDE app starter menu to access GUI.
(3) Use noi a bit, ask some questions.
(4) Exit noi either via "X" in window or using menu entry "Quit noi".

ACTION
(1) After quitting noi, run noi again using either KDE app starter menu or command line.

OBSERVED BEHAVIOUR
(1) noi icon is shown in KDE task bar, flashing, then disappearing. Nothing else happens.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
(1) As in steps to reproduce noi main GUI window should be opened and noi can be used.

ALTERNATIVES:
(1) Use command line (konsole) to run noi. This time I get an error message stating:
lw@pucki:~$ noi 11:02:38.172 › Another instance is running, exiting... Noi Another instance is running, exiting...

Looking into current running processes (htop) I can see noi is still running in background and whole noi thread can be deleted. Then noi can be started OK using KDE app starter menu.
