Removing shop on New Experience

I want to figure out how remove the killstreak shop from the mod, whilst still having the other features such as mapvote, fullbright, and disabled perks. Also, is there a way to remove the red hitmarker when you get a headshot kill?

There is a "old_hardpoints" option in config. Set it to 1 to disable killstreak shop.

One more thing, been trying to temp ban people for toxicity but temp ban wont work. the command ive been using is /tempBanUser [player name]. Any reason why it might not be working?

The correct syntax is:
tempban <user> <time> <Reason for this ban (max. 126 chars)>
